Overview

The LNK-DC-P24G is a cost-effective, high-efficiency DC to DC Converter and PoE Injector, specifically
engineered to deliver Passive PoE from a 36-72VDC IN voltage source, with output specifications of 24V
24W Gigabit Passive PoE OUT. As an integrated DC to DC Converter and PoE Injector, it bridges high-voltage
DC input and low-voltage PoE output, eliminating the need for separate conversion and injection devices—ideal
for scenarios requiring compact, efficient power-data integration.

This DC to DC Converter and PoE Injector features a built-in PoE injection module that merges regulated 24V
24W power with gigabit Ethernet data onto CAT5/6 cables. It accepts gigabit data input via a shielded RJ45 jack
(resistant to electromagnetic interference) and provides synchronized 24V 24W Gigabit Passive PoE OUT through
a shielded RJ45 output jack, transmitting power via Ethernet pins 4,5 (V+) and 7,8 (V-)—ensuring no disruption to
high-speed data transmission. The output voltage is precision-regulated and equipped with multi-layer protection,
aligning with the reliability demands of edge device power supply.

A key design advantage of this 36-72VDC IN, 24V 24W Gigabit Passive PoE OUT device lies in its dual-power
compatibility: it includes a common (-) terminal and two (+) terminals, supporting connection of two power sources
(e.g., primary and backup supplies) for uninterrupted operation. For harsh environments, a metal enclosure model
is available, enhancing durability for industrial applications such as factory IoT deployments or outdoor surveillance
setups.

Built for safety and longevity, the DC to DC Converter and PoE Injector integrates surge, short-circuit, and overload
protections—preventing damage to both the device itself and connected PoE-powered devices (PDs) like 4K IP cameras,
WiFi 6 access points, or industrial sensors. It avoids the cost of upgrading existing network infrastructure, leveraging
standard Ethernet cabling to extend 24V 24W Gigabit Passive PoE OUT to remote PDs. Whether used in industrial
control systems, outdoor security networks, or enterprise edge deployments, this 36-72VDC IN compatible device 
offers a reliable, space-saving solution for passive PoE power conversion and injection.​
