The LNK-INS301-12V series is a professional-grade Industrial 10/100/1000Mbps 802.3at PoE+ Splitter
Output Voltage 12VDC, specifically engineered for harsh industrial environments (e.g., factories, mining
sites, outdoor security hubs) to integrate non-PoE edge devices into PoE+ networks. As an Industrial 10/
100/1000Mbps 802.3at PoE+ Splitter Output Voltage 12VDC, it combines gigabit data transmission,
standardized PoE+ power separation, and industrial durability—addressing the pain point of costly
separate data/power wiring in industrial setups.
This Industrial 10/100/1000Mbps 802.3at PoE+ Splitter Output Voltage 12VDC splits incoming PoE+
signals into two independent streams: 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet data (transmitted via a rugged, anti-
loosening RJ-45 connector) and regulated 12VDC power (delivered via screw terminal blocks for secure,
vibration-resistant wiring). By leveraging existing Ethernet infrastructure to carry both data and power, it
eliminates the expense of running dedicated electrical cabling to 12VDC non-PoE devices such as industrial
IP cameras, IoT sensors, small PLCs, and wireless access points—significantly reducing deployment and
maintenance costs for industrial networks.
Classified as a PD (Powered Device), the Industrial 10/100/1000Mbps 802.3at PoE+ Splitter Output Voltage
12VDC fully complies with IEEE 802.3af/at (PoE+) standards, enabling power input from compatible 802.3at
PoE+ PSE (Power Source Equipment) switches. It also supports pairing with LNK-INJ301 PoE Injectors for
non-PoE network environments, ensuring flexible integration across diverse industrial setups. The device
enables simultaneous transmission of adaptive 10/100/1000Mbps data (meeting high-bandwidth demands
of real-time industrial data acquisition) and stable 12VDC power, with a maximum transmission distance of
up to 100 meters—aligning with Ethernet industry limits for long-range industrial deployment.
Designed for user-friendliness and industrial reliability, the Industrial 10/100/1000Mbps 802.3at PoE+ Splitter
Output Voltage 12VDC features true plug-and-play operation: no software configuration, specialized tools, or
technical expertise are required. Its rugged metal housing provides electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding
and resistance to dust, humidity, and wide temperature fluctuations (-20°C to 60°C), ensuring uninterrupted
performance in harsh industrial conditions. With its gigabit speed, PoE+ compliance, 12VDC regulated output,
and industrial-grade build, it delivers a cost-effective, reliable solution for powering and connecting non-PoE 
devices in mission-critical industrial networks.
