The HT19F silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor utilizes a highly stable diffused silicon element to accurately measure liquid and gas pressures. Pressure transmission occurs through an isolation diaphragm and silicon oil to the silicon diaphragm, making it ideal for air compressors and refrigeration systems.
