BP9325 Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor
The BP9325 silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor incorporates a highly stable diffused silicon element. The differential pressure of the measured medium is transmitted to the silicon diaphragm through a 316L isolation diaphragm and silicone oil. Utilizing the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon, it achieves accurate measurement of liquid and gas pressures.
