The HT19F silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor utilizes a highly stable diffused silicon element to measure liquid and gas pressures. Pressure from the tested medium is transmitted to the silicon diaphragm through an isolation diaphragm and silicon oil, making it ideal for air compressors and refrigeration systems.
