HT15 is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor with highly stable diffused silicon elements at its core. It uses the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon to measure the pressure of liquids and gases. The sensor can convert pressure and level measurement signals into mv electrical output. The sensor has a fast and accurate interface.
