Marine rubber mountings are bell-type shock absorbers with professional technology and unique formulation. Designed for ship engines, they feature easy installation and compact size. The top consists of a rectangular cap with female screw threads made from high-quality zinc-coated metal sheet, while the bottom has a support metal sheet with two sockets. The middle section uses high-quality NBR or NR rubber with full adhesion between rubber and metal components.
These mounts provide excellent anti-vibration properties in both axial and lateral directions for generator, engine, and motor systems weighing 32-3000kg with frequencies below 8Hz. They offer minimal rubber compression under higher loads and include a special safety lock design for enhanced safety. Ideal for vibration and shock absorption in marine generators, engines, and motors on ships and vessels.
