Manufacturing Details
Sheets with 1-10mm thickness are produced using drum vulcanizer (ROTOCURE) with a shiny surface, while 12-100mm thickness sheets are manufactured using plate vulcanizer for higher thickness requirements. With medium hardness and high tensile strength, these sheets provide excellent performance in aging resistance, oxidation resistance, high and low temperature resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. They can operate in liquids containing up to 70% acid or alkali at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +140°C. Applications include punching various seals, gaskets, chemical container linings, and mechanical equipment covers.
