The IC693PWR328 module is a standard power supply module made by GE Fanuc. It is a Series 90-30 GE device that works with Series 90-30 PLCs. It operates with an input voltage of 48 Volts DC and an output voltage of 24 Volts DC. The Series 90-30 PLCs and accessories like the power supply are some of the most stable PLCs available. The power supply can be used to meet different PLC application demands. The variety and flexibility of this series make industrial automation easy. The module offers high-level communication options with its RS-485 serial port. It can also be connected to a personal computer by using the serial port. The IC693PWR328 module plugs into the leftmost slot of the Series 90-30 baseplate. It has 3 different output capacities of 5 Volts DC with 15 Watts of output, 24 Volts DC isolated voltage with 20 Watts of output, and 24 Volts DC relay voltage with 15 Watts of output.
The GE Fanuc Series 90-30 IC693PWR328 power module comes with 4 system status indicators on the top side of the front faceplate. These indicators show the operating state of the power supply, the status of the PLC, whether the RUN mode of the unit is being used or not, and the battery condition of the unit. A battery compartment is present on the bottom side of the unit. Its purpose is to house the lithium back-up battery. This battery is connected to the module by using the battery connectors present inside the compartment cover. The side panel of the IC693PWR328 module has internal power sources and connections for AC/DC power sources. The IC693PWR328 module has 3 output voltages that are connected internally to the backplane on the baseplate. The voltage and power that are required by these modules are supplied through the baseplate connectors.
