Application:
Mainly used for vacuum quenching, annealing, tempering, and solution treatment of metal materials such as high-speed tool steel, die steel, and martensitic stainless steel. It can also be used for sintering and vacuum brazing of powder metallurgy products and magnetic materials.
Advantages and features:
New heating chamber structure, more uniform heating, low power loss, and more energy-saving.
According to the different cooling speed requirements of parts, it is equipped with a high-efficiency copper fin heat exchanger with adjustable cooling speed, which can realize processes such as graded quenching and isothermal quenching.
The furnace door is equipped with a unique sealing structure to ensure positive and negative pressure bidirectional sealing.
