Safety Fiberglass Grating Panels High Strength For Industrial Platform
Fiberglass Safety Grating is available in a variety of resins, standard and custom colors, depths, panel sizes and mesh configurations. Surface options include a meniscus or integrally applied grit top, both of which offer superior, slip resistant footing. Fiberglass Safety Grating is used in place of traditional materials for a FRP solution that fits a wide range of applications and environments.
Properties of Fiberglass Safety Grating:
Corrosion and chemical resistance: Designed to provide safe, long-lasting solutions in environments where chemicals and other corrosive materials attack and destroy metal or wood. Available with various resin options including orthophthalic polyester, isophthalic polyester, vinyl ester or phenolic based on environmental requirements.
High strength-to-weight ratio: Manufactured as a composite of continuous fiberglass strands and high-quality resin, offering strength while being less than half the weight of steel grating. Allows easy installation and removal without heavy equipment.
Impact resistance: Allows repeated deflection without permanent deformation, with full recovery to original position after impact.
