Introduction:
Steel grating is a kind of construction materials, mainly used in industry platform, trench cover drainge system, stair tread, roof top walkway.
Because of the grating welded cross bar and bearing bar together, so the structer is very strong and with very good loading perforance.
Checkered plate is used as surface tread plates with a thickness of 4mm, 5mm or 6mm according to customers’ requirements.
Compound steel grating will generate buckling deformation due to thermal stress after hot dip galvanizing, and larger steel grating has difficult levelling due to the fact the panels are two layers of metal sheets combined firmly together.
