Gratings are steel bars that are forged to create a grid. We provide gratings manufactured from mild steel or stainless steel with various combinations of load bar depth and breadth.
(1) Standard gratings are typically available in 6m x 1m or 20' x 3' panels
(2) They can be produced with almost any combination of pitch size. Most commonly this is 41mm x 100mm or 30mm x 100mm.
(3) Load bearing bars of width 20mm to 100mm and thickness 2mm to 10mm can be used. Bars can be plain or with a serrated edge finish of various depths.
(4) Bearing bars optional - Flat bar / I bar / Serraed Bar
(5) Panels are available self-color or with a galvanized coating to international standards.
