10.1 Inch GG Touch Screen Glass Overlay for Industrial Equipment

Basic Diameters

Cover Glass Outline: 246.96 x 165.6 mm, this is larger than TFT-LCD outline, which is used for assembing the module to the enclosure. Usually, you glue it or laminate it with double-side ahdesive tape.

Cover Glass Thickness: 1.1mm. For cover glass thickness, here are 0.7mm, 1,1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm for option. You can select the thickness as per your specific requirment.

Cover Glass Tempering Technology: chemically strengthening technology for thickness 0.7mm, 1.1mm, 2mm, 3mm. For 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, we recomend physcial strengthening.

Sensor Glass Outline: 231.5 x 150.15 mm, the sensor glass is designed with ITO patterns and silver ink traces to realize the touch function and ti is protected by the cover glass. The cover glass is optically bonded on the sensor glass.

Border Color: black. It is black around the cover glass, 15mm each side.

Touch Controller: ILI2511, chipset on board, connecting to the touch sensor by FPC tail and connecting to the computer by USB cable.

General Specification

TPS1019035V1 is a 10.1 inch capacitive touch screen digitizer. It is the outer touch screen on the TFT-LCD with aspect ratio 16:10. Usually, the resolution is 1920 x 1200 pixels and 1280 x 800 pixels. We recommend EV101WXM-N10 and EV101WUM-N20 TFT-LCD modules from BOE. They are LVDS interface. They are suitable for industrial devices and medical equipment. The touch screen digitizer can be optcially bonded on the TFT-LCD and it can also be taped-bonded on the TFT-LCD. The touch is glass structure with touch controller board connected to the screen via FPC and the controller connected to the computer by USB. It is powered by 5V USB interface input.
