The Joful Scrap Metal Shredder Machine is specially designed for shred thick/hard materials. It can shred scrap metal with thickness within 10mm. For shredding waste Car / Car shell,we also can equipped machine with Magnetic separation device,so it can separate the crushed plastic and metals into different groups,for more easier next step recycling work.
The shredder for crush waste cars is adopted with top configuration of each parts so can guarantee it's perfect performance and long time using life. It will need motors with power 90/110 KW,and equippedd with planetary reducers. The blade,shaft and chamber box all need to be use specially excellent material,and fine processing. Therefore,the shredder for waste cars is also need more higher investment compare with other shredders
The capacity is customizable ,the claw number, diameter and the thickness of the blade is decided to the crushing material and the discharging size,the machine capacity is decided to the different crushing material and the discharging size.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
