1 . Descriptions:
The electrical control cabinet, featuring PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) program control, offers wide-ranging applications, powerful functionality, and user-friendly operation. It has become a cornerstone of modern industrial water treatment and automation, extensively utilized across various industrial water treatment systems, including wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
PLC Operational Principle: The PLC operates in a "sequential scanning, continuous cycle" manner. When running, the CPU executes the program stored in user memory based on control requirements, periodically scanning the instruction steps (or addresses). If there is no jump instruction, the user program executes sequentially from the first instruction to the end, then returns to the first instruction to begin a new scan cycle. During each scan, the PLC completes input signal sampling and refreshes the output state, ensuring efficient operation in both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
The automatic control system of a water treatment plant typically consists of two main components: the sewage treatment plant and the external pump station. The core of the water treatment automation system is the PLC and communication network of the monitoring system. The performance of these components is crucial to the effectiveness of the water treatment automation system in both wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
