The 6" (150 * 50 mm) iron core PU caster is the true workhorse of the K02 heavy-duty series. It is the highest load rating in the standard range at 410 kg per wheel (≈ 1,640 kg on a 4-wheel set), with the best obstacle clearance and the lowest rolling resistance under extreme weight.
Built with a chemical-bonded orange polyurethane tread (Shore A 90–95) over a solid cast iron core, housed in a 5 mm black painted steel top-plate fork with a 6202 deep groove ball bearing, this wheel is engineered for heavy standalone machinery that operators reposition only occasionally — typically during installation, maintenance shutdowns or production line reconfiguration.
The 6 inch 410kg caster is specified for heavy-duty standalone machines and material handling equipment across CNC machining, plastic injection molding, metal fabrication, aerospace tooling and heavy maintenance.
Maximum contact patch and lowest deformation under 400 kg+ loads. Rolls over metal chips, cables, floor cracks and threshold ramps that would stop smaller wheels. The 410 kg single-wheel rating gives a safe margin for machines weighing 1,200–1,600 kg on a 4-wheel configuration. PU at Shore A 90 absorbs vibration from CNC spindles, injection molding clamps and compressor pumps.
This 6 inch heavy duty iron core PU caster is engineered for heavy industrial equipment mobility inside factories and heavy workshops. It is widely used on 3-axis and 4-axis CNC routers, vertical machining centers, EDM machines, surface grinders, injection molding machine auxiliaries, mold exchange dollies, granulator trolleys, scissor lift tables, hydraulic lift carts, steel coil carts, pallet dollies, industrial air compressors, rotary screw compressors, diesel generators, paint line skids, powder coating racks and aerospace tooling fixture carts. The cast iron core carries the weight; the polyurethane tread cushions vibration from CNC spindles, injection molding clamps, vacuum pumps and compressor motors while leaving no black mark on the floor. Working temperature -20 °C to +80 °C covers cold workshop mornings and summer metal shops. For food grade, washdown, seawater or outdoor use, switch to stainless steel caster — this model is strictly for dry industrial duty.
