This heavy duty iron core PU caster is built for dry indoor industrial floors – machining workshops, metal fabrication shops, woodworking plants, assembly lines, maintenance bays, and in-plant material handling. The wheel combines a chemical-bonded orange polyurethane tread (Shore A 90–95) over a solid cast iron core, mounted in a 5 mm black painted steel top-plate fork with 6202 deep groove ball bearing. It is not a stainless marine caster – it is a cost-effective, high-load workshop caster for moving CNC machines, laser cutters, electrical cabinets, and heavy trolleys without damaging epoxy or concrete floors.

The 4" model is the lowest-profile, tightest-turning size in this series. At 280 kg single-wheel capacity (≈ 1,120 kg on a 4-wheel set), it handles compact standalone equipment that moves short distances inside one bay.
Why 4": Low mounted height, small swivel radius, enough load for sub-1-ton machines. PU 90A absorbs spindle vibration, protects shop floor.
The 5" is the most specified size for mid-weight stationary machines that need occasional repositioning for maintenance or layout change. 350 kg/wheel = 1,400 kg system load.
Why 5": Rolls over cables, chips and floor joints better than 4", still keeps machine height reasonable for ergonomics.

The 8" is the largest and most capable model in the K02 series. At1200 kg per wheel (≈ 1,680 kg on a 4-wheel set), it is engineered for the heaviest standalone industrial machines and rough-floor material handling. The 200 mm diameter rolls effortlessly over floor cracks, steel plates, cable ramps, and debris that would stop smaller wheels cold.
Why 8": Maximum diameter = lowest rolling resistance under extreme load. Crosses floor joints, ramps, and uneven concrete without jacking or jamming. The extra height (245 mm overall) provides ground clearance for rough floors.
