The 4" (100 × 50 mm) iron core PU caster is the most compact and maneuverable size in the K02 heavy-duty series. Built with a chemical-bonded orange polyurethane tread (Shore A 90–95) over a solid cast iron core, mounted in a 5 mm black painted steel top-plate fork with a 6202 deep groove ball bearing, this wheel delivers 800 kg of single-wheel load capacity — giving a 4-wheel system approximately 1,120 kg of total carrying power.
It is engineered for dry indoor industrial environments: machining workshops, electronics assembly lines, repair bays, laboratories and maintenance rooms.

The 4 inch 800 kg caster is the go-to choice for compact standalone equipment that moves short distances inside one bay or between adjacent workstations.
Low mounted height keeps the center of gravity down — critical for precision equipment like CNC engravers and lab instruments. The 280 kg single-wheel rating handles machines up to 1 ton on a 4-wheel set. PU at Shore A 90 absorbs spindle vibration without leaving marks on epoxy or concrete floors.
This 4 inch heavy duty iron core PU caster is designed for light-to-medium industrial equipment mobility inside factories and workshops. It is widely used on CNC engraving machines, bench lathes, mini milling machines, SMT magazine carts, PCB turnover trolleys, industrial sewing machine bases, mechanic tool chests, roller cabinets, lab instrument trolleys and quality inspection carts. The cast iron core carries the weight; the polyurethane tread cushions vibration from spindles, motors and small compressors while leaving no black mark on the floor. Working temperature -20 °C to +80 °C covers cold workshop mornings and summer metal shops. For food grade, washdown, seawater or outdoor use, switch to stainless steel caster — this model is strictly for dry industrial duty.
