This 4x300mm2 SWA armoured power cable features a galvanized Steel Wire Armour (SWA) layer that delivers exceptional mechanical protection for the most demanding low voltage power installations. Rated at 0.6/1 kV and manufactured to IEC 60502-1 and BS 5467, the cable is designed to withstand high pulling tensions, crushing forces, and earth pressure during direct burial, outdoor trench, and indoor installation.
With high-grade stranded aluminium conductors and XLPE insulation, this armoured cable combines rugged physical protection with excellent electrical performance. The SWA layer eliminates the need for additional protective conduits in most direct burial applications, significantly reducing installed system cost.

The minimum bending radius during installation is 12 times the overall diameter (12x OD). Bending the cable beyond this limit may damage the galvanized steel wire armour layer or strain the internal XLPE insulation cores.
