Common Precautions for Petro Chemical Pump Applications:
1. Before starting, make sure the pump body and pipeline are full of material. Turn on the water inlet pump and close the inlet and outlet valves (start the pump under low load conditions).
2. After starting, slowly open the inlet and outlet valves, pay attention to the working pressure of the inlet and outlet pressure gauges, and ensure that the working pressure is stable at the pressure required by the process standard.
3. Pay attention to the vibration, noise, leakage and temperature rise of the pump body during operation. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be handled properly.
4. When the petrochemical pump is not running, the inlet and outlet valves must be closed first before stopping the pump.
5. If it is idle for a long time, the material inside the pump body needs to be removed.
