Screw Pumps Description
Three-screw pump belongs to a rotary positive displacement pump. The conveying process is realized by its key parts: pump body, three-hole bushing, and three mutually intermeshing screws (one driving screw and two driven screws) arranged in parallel and running continuously and symmetrically in parallel. In the direction of the active screw axis, the pump body and the screw are precisely meshed to form a continuous
and sealed chamber which is isolated from each other, and the inhale fluid is closed therein. When the screw rotates, the fluid is continuously and uniformly discharged from the pump inlet cavity to the outlet cavity along the axis by the closed chambers to realize the delivery process.
Operation Principle
A screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump that uses one or more screws to move fluids through a system. The screw(s) rotate in a cylindrical chamber, and as they turn, they trap fluid and move it from the inlet to the outlet of the pump. Screw pumps are known for their ability to handle a wide range of fluids, including high viscosity liquids, slurries, and liquids with solid particles. They can also operate at high pressures and with low pulsation, making them a popular choice for many industrial applications.
Application
1. Environment protection: Industrial and life sewage treatment, oily water treatment,the delivery of various muddy water with solid particles and short fiber, oil-water separation and waste gas project, measuring addition of flocculant and its chemical agents.
