Desulfurization Pump Description:
Desulfurization pumps are corrosion-resistant pumps, mainly used for transporting corrosive liquids.The desulfurization pump is mainly used to transport limestone slurry, lime slurry or other chemical liquids in the desulfurization process of coal power plants to achieve the effect of removing SO2 in the flue gas. It cannot remove SO2 in the flue gas by itself, it is one of the key components in the desulfurization process system, and is mainly used to transport desulfurization agent (such as limestone slurry) to the desulfurization reactor to react with SO2 in the flue gas.
Desulfurization Pump Application:
1) Sulfate phosphate fertilizer industry: transportation of media such as dilute acid, mother liquor, sewage, seawater, fluorosilicic acid containing silica gel, and phosphoric acid slurry.
2) Non-ferrous metal smelting industry: especially suitable for various acid liquids, corrosive ore slurry, slurry (for press filter) and electrolyte for wet smelting of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth, etc. , Sewage and other media transport.
3) Chemical and other enterprises: clear liquid or slurry posts of various sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali, oil. Titanium dioxide, iron red powder production, various dyes, pigments production, non-metallic mineral processing and other industries.
4) Chlor-alkali industry: hydrochloric acid, liquid caustic soda, electrolyte, etc.
5) Water treatment industry: pure water, high-purity water, sewage (leather sewage, electroplating sewage, electronic sewage, papermaking sewage, textile sewage, food sewage, domestic sewage, pharmaceutical industry sewage, etc.).
