Cast Iron Stop Valve Description
It is suitable for liquid and gas medium pipeline and equipment, used to cut off and connect the medium in the pipeline. Has a good seal, easy to operate, the sealing surface is not easy to damage, long service life, not easy to produce water hammer phenomenon and so on. Clockwise rotation of the handwheel for the closure, and vice versa for the open, without the aid of any lever.
Cast Iron Stop Valve Features
Cast iron stop valve, including the valve body and valve cover installed in the valve body, the valve body is equipped with inlet and outlet cavities, inlet and outlet cavities are set at the connection of the valve seat, the valve seat is set under the sealing cushion layer, the valve body and the valve cover is equipped with a sealing gasket between the valve body and the valve cover, the valve body and the valve cover through the bolts fixed connection, the valve cover is installed in the valve cover inserted into the stem, the valve stem is installed at the upper end of the handwheel, hand wheel and fixed connection with the valve stem through the bolts. The valve stem is equipped with a stem nut, a packing pressure plate, a packing pressure sleeve, a packing layer and an upper sealing ring in order from the bottom to the top, and the lower end of the valve stem is equipped with a valve disk, which is fixedly connected to the valve stem through screws, and the lower end of the valve disk is installed with a sealing ring, and an elastic sealing layer is provided on the lower surface of the valve disk.
