Purpose and application scope of 2BV water ring vacuum pump

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is a single-stage pump with an integral structure and a coaxial machine and pump. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of simple structure, simple installation, oil-free, safe and reliable.
The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for extracting gas and wet steam, and the suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). When the 2BV water ring vacuum pump works for a long time under the state of suction pressure lower than 80mbar, the cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump. The suction pressure of the 2BV water ring vacuum pump can reach 10mbar if it is equipped with an atmospheric ejector. The ejector can be directly installed on the suction port of the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, its maximum pressure is up to 0.26MPa (absolute pressure).
2BV series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar industry, etc. Since the compression process of the gas is isothermal during the working process, it is not easy to explode when compressing and pumping flammable and explosive gases, so its application is more extensive.

Maintenance of water ring vacuum pump:

1. To avoid wearing the impeller, pump body or jamming the impeller, the dust particles that enter the pump cavity with the gas and working fluid can be washed away through the flushing port at the bottom of the 2BV water ring vacuum pump.
2. If hard water is used as the working fluid, it must be softened, or the pump must be cleaned with a solution within a certain period.
3. The bearings of the 2BV water ring vacuum pump motor that are normally working are 15℃~20℃ higher than the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature is not allowed to exceed 55℃~60℃. The bearings that are working normally should be filled with oil 1-2 times a year, and the bearings should be cleaned at least once a year, and all the lubricating oil should be replaced.
4. If the mechanical seal used in the 2BV water ring vacuum pump leaks, check whether the dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal are damaged, or the sealing ring is aged. If the above situation occurs, new parts must be replaced.
