3. Key Advantages

 
  1. Integrated design: One integrated sensor measures both shaft vibration and casing vibration, saving installation space and cost, avoiding installation deviation of separate probes.
  2. Full-condition diagnosis: Able to reconstruct shaft orbit, shaft center position and casing vibration spectrum; accurately identify early faults such as unbalance, misalignment, oil whirl and rub-impact.
  3. High temperature resistance: Probe withstands up to 177℃, suitable for extreme working conditions such as steam turbines and high-temperature compressors.
  4. API 670 compliant: Comply with petrochemical industry standards, applicable to TSI / TDM systems of critical rotating machinery.

4.1 Power Industry

 
  • Steam turbine / gas turbine: X/Y direction bearing housing monitoring; protection for shaft vibration, shaft orbit and overspeed.
  • Generator / exciter: Combined monitoring of rotor vibration and stator casing vibration to avoid coupled electromagnetic vibration faults.
 

4.2 Petrochemical Industry

 
  • Centrifugal compressor / air separator: On-line monitoring and protection of surge, shaft displacement and vibration under high pressure and high speed conditions.
  • Refining & chemical turbine: Long-term on-line monitoring in high temperature (above 150℃) and corrosive environments.
