This inflatable obstacle is suitable for family backyard,parties, clubs, playing center, or for rental business. Our inflatable obstacles have following advantages:
1. Best commercial 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin:
Best material is very important for inflatable obstacle. All inflatable obstacles of YUHONG are made from high durability fire-retardant 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two PVC coated sides with a strong net fabric inside. And the material has passed EN71-2-3,ROHS and SGS test.
2. Firm stitching:
We make double-stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress points; double stitching inside and double stitching outside, which make sure the inflatable obstacle is strong enough for playing.
3. Vivid artwork:
We mainly have digital printing, silk printing and hand painting. We imported the digital printing machine from Japan, which prints quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets SGS standard. Moreover, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, which makes our products not to be sticky and no color fade, but to sustain a long time.
4. Certificated blower: for this inflatable obstacle,
(1), CE blower: 220V 50HZ, 2x1500W, plug can be customized;
(2), UL blower: 115V, 60HZ, 2x1500W, plug can be customized.
5. Easy deflation:
We make enough air-out zippers for each inflatable obstacle according to the requirement of EN 14960, which can help you deflate this inflatable obstacle more quickly. We reinforce for all the zipper joints, and there is a zipper cover by Velcro material, which helps to disperse the zipper’s stress.
