Integrated with our self-developed wafer level packaging 640×512/8μm infrared detector, this medical diagnosis thermal module features a compact size that ensures lower integration costs. It enables faster development of medical and health markets at all levels, making thermal imaging technology accessible to the public.

Using thermal imaging technology, medical professionals can perform 100% safe, radiation-free, non-invasive, and non-contact full body examinations to avoid unnecessary testing procedures.
