Q: What PPAP level do you provide for automotive parts?
A: We provide PPAP Level 3 as standard for all automotive production parts, which includes all 18 elements per the AIAG PPAP manual: design records, engineering change documents, DFMEA, process flow diagram, PFMEA, control plan, MSA, dimensional results, material/performance test results, initial process studies, qualified laboratory documentation, appearance approval report, sample production parts, master sample, checking aids, customer-specific requirements, and Part Submission Warrant (PSW).
Q: Can you support IMDS (International Material Data System) reporting?
A: Yes, we maintain an active IMDS account and provide complete material data submissions for every automotive component. We submit IMDS reports with all constituent materials, basic substances, and weight data. We also support CAMDS (China Automotive Material Data System) for domestic Chinese automotive programs. IMDS submission is included as a standard deliverable for automotive projects.
Q: What is your capacity for high-volume automotive production?
A: Our automotive-dedicated production lines can output up to 3 million components per month across 15 injection molding machines (80T to 1,200T). We operate 24/6 with preventive maintenance on Sundays. For programs exceeding our capacity, we have qualified partner facilities that operate under our IATF 16949 quality system with full oversight by our quality team.
Q: Do you support JIT (Just-In-Time) delivery to automotive assembly plants?
A: Yes, we support JIT and JIS (Just-In-Sequence) delivery schedules. We maintain safety stock buffers based on your forecast and delivery frequency requirements. For European and North American customers, we operate bonded warehouses in Rotterdam and Los Angeles to support 24-48 hour delivery to assembly plants.
