Our micro-feature mold making capability is built on high-speed CNC milling and advanced EDM sinker technology. We use specialized micro-tooling down to 0.2mm diameter and custom-ground graphite electrodes for deep rib EDM. Each micro mold undergoes comprehensive Moldflow simulation before machining to ensure perfect filling of thin-wall sections.
