After the mold damage caused by this, the formed product will produce new burrs when it is re-operated. At the same time, it also aggravates the damage of the mold and leads to unusable.
Countermeasures:
(1) do not use too high injection pressure, (2) improve the locking force, (3) keep the mold properly, (4) adjust the injection volume, reduce the temperature
