Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are a OEM factory located in DONGGUAN, China.which have more than 26 years experience on making cnc machining parts and plastic injection molds.
Q2: How can I get a quote?
A2: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Usually a quotation for a product is sent in 24 hours after we receive enquiry with all the necessary detatils
Q3: How can I get a sample for quality check?
A3: After quotation, if needed, you can ask for samples to check quality. We are willing to provide with sample for quality and function testing. sample fee is needed, will be returned when mass production if possible.
Q4.Should the customer pay the delivery fee,How much is it?
A4.For the delivery fee,many samples are be requested to be sent,so we must get delivery fee.
If you tell me to use the appointed Express,you will give me your express account or you will pay according to the Express.
If you do not request,I will choose a cheap one in China.
Q5: How about the lead time?
A5: Generally, we need 5~10 days for samples, but it can be shortened for urgent order. 3-4 weeks for mass production.
