Vertical LSR double sliding injection machine
1.Vertical double sliding machine:design in using two sliding working station, closing mold and injecting vertically,which is suitable for inserting products.The dual mode is in alternating design,when one mold is in its molding , the other mold can be inserted at the same time that can greatly improve the safety of the operation and he output efficiency.
2.It is the ductile iron that we choose for processing the sliding board and bottom plate and isolate the connecting part by steel belt and it has lubricating oil holes, which greatly reduces the wear and deformation of the sliding board that increases its the service life and accuracy.
3.Use the thimble according to the different sliding boards and freely adjust the stroke, the ejector force, the forward and withdraw speed, the number of release to meet the needs.
