Suzhou FCE Precision Electronics Co., Ltd. (FCE) recently developed a housing for a small device for a Russian client. This housing is made of injection-molded polycarbonate (PC) material, designed to meet the client's high standards for strength, weather resistance, and aesthetics.
PC material is renowned for its excellent impact resistance and heat tolerance, making it an ideal choice for electronic device housings requiring robust protection. At the project's outset, FCE's engineering team worked closely with the client to thoroughly understand the product's usage environment and functional requirements. Based on this information, we optimized the housing's structural design to ensure it could withstand physical impacts and remain stable under extreme temperatures.
To enhance the housing's appearance, we employed high-gloss mold technology, resulting in a smooth, sleek surface with excellent scratch resistance. Throughout the production process, FCE meticulously controlled injection molding parameters to guarantee dimensional accuracy and consistency.
During the sample stage, FCE swiftly completed mold development and small-batch trial production, subjecting the products to a series of performance tests, including drop tests, aging tests, and sealing tests. The final product not only fully met the client's technical specifications but also received high praise for its outstanding quality.
Currently, the housing has entered mass production. Leveraging advanced production equipment and a comprehensive quality management system, FCE ensures each batch of products maintains consistent excellence.
