On average, a diesel nozzle fires 1,000 times per minute, so precision and durability are

important features. Each China-Lutong Nozzle is engineered for exacting precision and

durability, to deliver a long, reliable service life for consistently superior diesel engine

performance.

Working principle of nozzle test bench High fuel pressure is generated by manual hydraulic pump and delivered to the tested nozzle. Once the pressure reaches the preset opening pressure, the needle valve inside nozzle will open and fuel ejects through spray holes. Operators can read opening pressure via pressure gauge, inspect atomization effect, oil leakage and needle valve chatter, to evaluate whether the nozzle works properly. S80H unit only provides hydraulic pressure. An external drive module is necessary for activating solenoid of common rail injectors.

Some of the important injector nozzle design parameters include details of the injector seat, the injector sac and nozzle hole size and shape. These features not only affect the combustion characteristics of the diesel engine, they can also affect the stability of the emissions and performance over the lifetime of the engine and the mechanical durability of the injector.

Never exchange nozzle body with its needle.
3.>Nozzle cann't be naked without packaging in air for a long time.
4>After packaging removed and don't use in following days, please put some oil on nozzle to

avoid rusting.
