Product Function

The VE fuel injection pump drive shaft is the main power‑input component of VE distributor pump. It transfers rotary torque from diesel engine to internal pump assemblies. It drives the vane‑type feed pump to suck fuel and build up internal fuel pressure. Meanwhile, it drives the cam plate via coupling, makes the distributor plunger perform both rotary and reciprocating movement to realize fuel distribution and high‑pressure fuel delivery. It also spins the governor flyweight assembly to adjust fuel supply volume according to engine speed. Worn or damaged drive shaft will lead to no fuel delivery, abnormal engine power and pump failure.
