Main Applications
Used to create and maintain an access port for endoscopes and hand instruments during laparoscopic surgeries. Standard equipment for Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, and Hernia repairs.
Instructions for Use
Pre-Check: Ensure the magnetic valve opens and closes freely. Check that the silicon sealing gasket is properly seated and free of tears.
Assembly: Insert the matching obturator (Pyramidal or Autoshield) into the cannula until it is fully engaged.
Abdominal Entry: Following a skin incision, apply controlled pressure to insert the trocar into the abdominal cavity. The ergonomic housing allows for a secure palm grip.
Valve Activation: Remove the obturator. The internal magnetic plate will automatically snap shut, preventing any loss of CO2 gas.
Surgical Operation: Insert laparoscopic instruments through the blue silicon seal. The magnetic valve allows instruments to glide in and out with minimal resistance.
Cleaning & Sterilization: After the procedure, disassemble the valve components to ensure thorough cleaning of the internal channels. Autoclave at 134°C before the next use.
