ZJHR-1010 soft seal fixed O-ball valve adopts the international general standard design, selects the widely used pneumatic actuator and electric actuator with high reliability, and has high reliability. 1. The diameter of the sphere channel is the same as the pipe diameter, the flow path is smooth, the flow resistance is small, and the valve stem prevents the structure.
2. Fixed structure can realize the double resistance and double row function.
3. Soft valve seat adopts imported raw materials to ensure the quality of soft valve seat parts and product sealing performance.
4. Automatic pressure relief function. When the medium pressure of the stalled cavity in the valve rises abnormally over the pretension force of the spring, the valve seat retreats and exits the sphere to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief. After the pressure relief, the valve seat is automatically reset.
5, the operation is labor-saving, the sphere is supported by the upper and lower bearings, reduce friction, eliminate the huge sealing load caused by the inlet pressure pushing the sphere and the sealing seat and cause excessive torque,
