HTS-10000 Quick Change Single Seat Regulating Valve (High temperature, low temperature and low pressure difference)
HTS-10000 fast change single seat regulating valve core adopts the upper guide structure, the valve body structure is compact, the fluid channel is S type, with small pressure drop loss, large flow, wide adjustable range, high flow characteristics, in line with IEC60534-2-1-2011 standard. The leakage of the regulating valve meets ANSIFCI70-2-2013 standard regulating valve with multi-spring film or cylinder actuator, its compact structure and large output force. HTS-10000 type regulating valve is more suitable for high temperature, low temperature and low pressure differential conditions requiring high reliability and closing performance. Special requirements can be specially customized.
Product features:
1. Adopting a quick change valve seat for easy maintenance.
2.The surface of the valve core adopts CAE flow simulation analysis to ensure the accuracy of flow regulation.
3. The valve body flow channel and wall thickness are analyzed using CAE structural strength analysis, while meeting the design requirements and strength of minimum wall thicknessReduce quantity and weight to save costs, with high economy.
4. The packing adopts a disc spring dynamic loading structure, with good sealing performance, strong wear resistance, and long service life.
5. The sealing surface of the valve core and valve seat can be welded with hard alloy, which has good erosion resistance and wear resistance.
