Sleeve-Guided Single Seat Control Valve (Control a variety of high temperature, high temperature high pressure fluid)
HCP-10000 sleeve guided single seat regulating valve uses high-performance sealing rings on the valve plug or sleeve. The valve body has a compact structure and is equipped with a guide wing to improve the fluid balance flow around the sleeve, resulting in small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, high accuracy of flow characteristics, and compliance with the IEC60534-2-1-2011 standard. The regulating valve has good dynamic stability, low noise, and low cavitation corrosion. The leakage rate of the regulating valve complies with the ANSI FCI 70-2-2013 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring diaphragm or cylinder actuator, which has a compact structure and a large output force. Suitable for controlling various high and low temperature high-pressure fluids.
Product features:
1.Use a balanced valve plug to reduce the imbalance force caused by the pressure difference before and after the valve. The sealing surface of the valve plug and valve seat can be welded with hard alloy, which has good erosion resistance and wear resistance.
2.The valve internal components adopt a three-stage design to improve machining accuracy and have high interchangeability.
3.The window adopts CAE flow simulation analysis to ensure the accuracy of flow regulation.
4.The packing adopts a disc spring dynamic loading structure, with good sealing performance, strong wear resistance, and long service life.
5.The valve body flow channel and wall thickness are analyzed using CAE structural strength analysis. While meeting the design requirements and strength of minimum wall thickness, weight reduction and cost savings are minimized as much as possible, resulting in high economic efficiency.
