HTS-10010 Quick Change Type Full Insulation Single-Seat Control Valve (keep warm/ regulating valve )
HTS-10010 quick change full insulation single seat regulating valve is suitable for insulation occasions. When the crystallization temperature of the process medium is lower than the ambient temperature or the fluid temperature decreases, resulting in the increase of viscosity or the fluid solidification, then the steam insulation jacket device is added at the valve body and the upper valve cover, so that the process medium can meet the needs of process control.
The leakage amount of the regulating valve meets the ANSIFCI 70-2-2013 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi-spring film actuator, with its compact structure and large output force.
Product features:
1. Adopting a quick change valve seat for easy maintenance.
2. The surface of the valve core adopts CAE flow simulation analysis to ensure the accuracy of flow regulation.
3.The valve body flow channel and wall thickness are analyzed using CAE structural strength analysis. While meeting the design requirements and strength of minimum wall thickness, weight reduction and cost savings are minimized as much as possible, resulting in high economic efficiency.
4.. The 3 fillers adopt a disc spring dynamic loading structure, which has good sealing performance, strong wear resistance, and long service life.
5.The sealing surface of the valve core and valve seat can be welded with hard alloy, which has good erosion resistance and wear resistance.
