Lijiang insulating glass production line adopts the latest technology, its main purpose is to create high-end quality, provide customers with the latest production technology, improve output, high efficiency, save production cost, produce the maximum benefit.
Now the hollow glass production line of Lijiang Glass uses the air glass transport technology. The new technology is to prevent the glass from falling off and being contaminated by the wheels, leaving marks, so the new technology is used to improve the high quality of IG products.
The loading section of the insulating glass production line is of inclined vertical structure. The driving roller is wear-resistant, acid-alkali polyamine grease roller, adopting stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, the glass can run smoothly at an appropriate speed. The section is used as storage area for small glass and storage area for extra long glass to improve the production efficiency of small glass. Equipped with glass and aluminum frame automatic detection mechanism, provide sheet pressing parameters.
