LJTB01 fully automatic butyl extruder is a machine for coating aluminum spacer aluminum with butyl rubber.Butyl extruder adopts large electric control panel, easy to operate.The transfer of aluminum is controlled by frequency converter,the speed can be adjusted from 0m/min to 47m/min, which is the fastest speed in China.Butyl extruder is a very popular energy-saving product.Its extrusion system adopts pneumatic and hydraulic pressure boosting system, which makes the extrusion pressure more stable.The utility model adopts a vertical rotating support system, which makes the filling of butyl ester more convenient.The extrusion head height can be automatically adjusted according to different types of aluminum intervals.In a word, butyl extruder has reached the worldwide technical level with its features of complete function and stable working mode.
