Vertical Insulating Glass Processing Line Double Triple Four Sides Step Glazing Glass

Hollow double glazing glass processing line is used for making insulating glass for buildings, windows and doors, also for ship, refrigerator, freezer and so on. This IG line contains glass washing and glass pressing machine, it can make double / triple glazing glass, for sides step glass. The optional function of filling argon gas is available, the air content is more than 90% at least.

• 01 transfer section

Coating detection mechanism, automatic detection of offline Low-e film

• 02 washing machine

Main feature: 

• Using 6 pieces of soft brushes with 0.1mm soft hair, can wash low-e glass

• Pre-washing (Optional)

• New air knife uses aluminum profile (Duckbill Air Knife), the size of the air outlet is adjusted by the aluminum profile duck beak. This can reduce the number of adjusting screws, ensure that each screw is not loose, and avoid the resonance of the air knife. 

• The air knife can automatically adjust the width of the air knife according to the thickness

• The operation box with washing speed display, can accurately display washing speed (8-10m)

Main feature: 

• Ultra-long (2500mm*3500mm) insulating glass can be compressed twice

• Adopts conveyor belt to transfer glass, uses servo motor to press glass

• The pressing plate can be opened for easy maintenance

• Pressing board with adjustable structure to guarantee long-lasting service life

• Automatically fill argon gas with significant sealing effect, higher argon content

• Set zones to fill different size of glass with follow-up sealing method reduces argon loss

• Can set gas value and show the process of filling gas on the touch screen

• Fast reacting sensor for permanent control of gas filling process

• Gas concentration can reach more than 90%

• No need to drill holes on the spacer frame

To prevent the glass from being contaminated by wheels and leaving traces to improve the IG production’s high quality.

• Pressing and filling 2 pieces of IG units, totally 8 sections

Main Features:

• Two pieces of IGU could be pressed and filled gas in once time, each IGU could fill argon gas over 90%

• Can be better prevented the pressing part to be out of shape by pressing two pieces of IGU in once time. Can reach 27s for each 1m*1m double glass, improving work efficiency highly
