Vertical Insulating Glass Production Line LJBZ2535G that filling argon gas automatically
LIJIANG production line adopts the latest technology, its main purpose is to create high-end
quality, to provide customers with the latest production technology, improve production efficiency,
save production costs and produce maximum benefits.
Now LIJIANG mainly has two kinds of IG line with different two different technologies. One uses
transfer wheels to transport glass, and the other is a new technology that uses air-floating
technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated
by wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is used to improve the IG production’s high quality.
A.The machine adopts Siemens control system with high resolution touch screen. The operator
can modify the working parameters of the production line at any time, and can clearly show the
state of each input and output signal to facilitate the daily maintenance of the machine.
B. The machine is divided into manual and automatic control mode.Each section can be controlled
separately, easy and concise.
C. LJBZ2535G vertical insulating glass production line includes:
The special structure inside the washing machine can automatically recognize glass thickness.
Allowing different thicknesses of glass to be transferred quickly, increasing production speed.
According to the test, it takes only 22s to produce a 1m*m insulating glass.
1). There is a universal joint device, when the glass thickness was changed, the wind knife will
move forward and backward to adjust the distance so that the relative distance between the
wind knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid damage to the glass due to the changes
of the glass thickness.
2). There are chain gears on both sides of the bottom of the glass to actively transfer the glass
which can keep a fast speed, not only the large
size, small size glass can also be passed quickly.
