1. Overview of Automatic Vertical Glass Washing Machine

Vertical glass washing machine is used for glass washing for processing hollow glass.

The whole washing &drying machine adopts stainless steel, including the plate and interior spare parts.And some slider block are copper.

Vertical glass washing machine has 3 pair of brushes, which are all soft brushes, washing flat glass,tempering glass and low-e glass.It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm brashes,which will never damage glass,especially low-e glass .

2.Advantage of glass washing machine

* In the washing machine ,there three pairs soft brushes all can wash low-e glass, four pairs of water spray. * The transfer wheel in the washing and drying section : The front and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transferred. No mater the glass size is big or small , it all guarantee the glass pass through smoothly.

* The material in the washing and drying section all made by stainless steel.
 * The main power consumption is mostly appear in the washing and drying section of the IG line.
 * The air knife is float design , it always keep the right and suitable distance between the glass and air knife in the press and
 design section

* The axle and bearing of brushes are stainless steel , that all keep the machine can washing well and live for a long time.
 * The who drying machine use the sound insulation design. can reduce the noise.

4.Main feature of glass washing and drying machine

Automatic vertical washing machine can Wash online and offline low-e glass, automatically recognizes Low-e film
Automatic vertical washing machine adopts Siemens control system, which can freely adjust the cleaning speed of cleaning machine.
The washing machine uses six soft (Low-e) brushes with the 01mm diameter only.
It has 6 brushes which are all soft brush, can wash low-e glass, flat glass, tempered glass and so on. It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm bristles, never damage glass, especially for low-e glass.
Water tank automatic temperature control, water replenishing system Cleaning and water tanks are made of stainless steel and corrosion resistant materials, and the transfer rollers are acid and alkali resistant rubber rollers, which are automatically adjusted according to the glass thickness. The pre-cleaning section adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and the glass can run smoothly at the right speed.
