External wall insulation nail, also known as external wall anchor nail or external wall anchor bolt, is an engineering plastic expansion nail used to fix the insulation board in the building's external wall insulation system. It consists of nylon sleeve, galvanized steel screw, and nylon disc. Its length is adjusted according to the thickness of the insulation layer, and common specifications include models such as 8 × 60 to 8 × 175.
The product is designed with anti-aging, high and low temperature resistant nylon sleeve and galvanized screw, which has both corrosion resistance and low thermal conductivity, effectively reducing the cold bridge effect. According to JG149-2003 standard, the bearing capacity of a single insulation nail is ≥ 0.3KN, and can reach 0.8KN after updating the standard. The outer diameter of the plate has been increased from 50mm to 60mm with the update of the standard, suitable for environments ranging from -40 ℃ to+80 ℃. Split type and connected type structures are suitable for different construction scenarios, and no special tools are required during installation. The surface coating of galvanized screws is complete and uniform to delay corrosion.
