Product Use
Preparation stage: Ensure that the air source connected to the pneumatic nail gun is stable and meets the tool requirements, check if the insulation nails and washers are fully prepared, and clean the installation surface.
Loading insulation nails: correctly load the insulation nails into the magazine or nail feeder of the nail gun, ensuring that the insulation nails are arranged neatly and easy to fire.
Positioning and aiming: Use a marker pen to mark the position of the insulation nail on the installation surface, align the nail gun with the target position, and maintain a stable grip posture.
Shooting fixation: Gently pull the trigger, and the pneumatic nail gun will quickly fire the insulation nail, firmly fixing it on the substrate. Adjust the shooting intensity and speed as needed.
Inspection and adjustment: After the shooting is completed, check the fixing condition of the insulation nails to ensure that there is no looseness or misalignment. If necessary, make necessary adjustments or supplement shooting.

Product Description
This is a dedicated to the exterior wall insulation fastening system of pneumatic nail gun, its maximum working range of 20MM-200MM, and insulation nail is an indispensable supporting equipment.
Usage
1. Pneumatic nail gun must use dry and dust-free ordinary compressed air (to avoid causing injury, please do not use other compressed gases) 2. Insulation nails should be inserted into the insulation board to trigger the ignition safety device to start working. To start from a low air pressure gradually increase the air pressure, until the insulation nails perfectly fixed, the recommended working air pressure is 0.6Mpa-0.8Mpa. 3. Do not pull the trigger when connecting the air pump tube to the nail gun. 4. Disconnect the air line after use to avoid high pressure damage to the product. Please note that gas will be sprayed out when disconnecting the air source. 5. Needle and barrel are consumables, please make sure they are perpendicular to the wall when using to prolong the service life.
