As a key conductive heating component in single crystal furnace thermal field systems, graphite electrodes connect to the furnace's power system. Their threaded internal structure ensures low contact resistance and reliable conductivity, utilizing low resistivity graphite (≤12 MΩ*M) to minimize Joule heat losses.
Graphite sheaths provide essential isolation and protection within single crystal furnace thermal fields. By forming physical barriers through tight fitting in through-holes, they prevent silicon liquid and vapor infiltration, extend graphite carbon felt service life, and enhance furnace bottom insulation performance.
