Clay insulation brick introduction


Our lightweight insulating fire clay bricks are widely used in furnace wall lining, chimney construction, kiln insulation and pizza ovens. With high temperature resistance up to 1400°C and excellent energy-saving performance, these refractory bricks provide reliable heat insulation and long service life. According the shape, Clay insulation brick can be divided into standard brick, special-shaped insulating brick. The bulk density of lightweight heat-insulating brick is 0.60～1.25g/cm3. Working temperatures range from 900℃ to 1600℃ Good thermal shock resistance. Topower series lightweight heat insulation bricks are made from good quality and super-pure raw materials, with strictly classified fillings according to their grades.this material profitable by lessening fuel costs, construction costs and reducing the amount of time spent in the high temp furnace.

Insulation bricks are made of bauxite, mullite, kaolin and other raw materials, which are screened and evenly mixed with binders, and then fired at high temperature after pressing.

There are many types of lightweight insulation bricks, including fire clay insulation bricks, mullite insulation bricks, alumina hollow ball bricks, silicon insulation bricks, etc.

The insulation brick has the properties of high porosity, low thermal conductivity, light weight, thermal insulation, and Good thermal shock resistance. Mainly used in industrial equipment lining, insulation layer, kiln door backing, roof and other parts.
